    Empowering women to feel their best through the power of whole foods and improved health habits.

    I'm a wife, mother, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and a recovering sugar addict. I understand the power of food when it comes to our health, and I'd love to help you make the switch from ultra-processed foods to nutritious (and delicious) whole foods, so that you can regain the energy you need to live out the calling that God has placed on your life!

    I MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE..

    I get to know you, your story around food, your health, your challenges, your hopes and dreams for what your future health can look like. I work to establish what's currently "easy" for you when it comes to the food you eat. We then work together to establish goals and take action to slowly, but surely, establish the skills and habits needed to improve your health and feel your absolute best!

    I FOCUS ON THE FOUNDATIONS OF HEALTH...

    Your journey to optimal health can be overwhelming and intimidating. You don't have to do it alone. I'm on a mission to help women on their journey to health by building a strong foundation. I like to focus on the "big rocks" or the foundational pieces of health. Of course we focus a lot of attention on the foods we eat and our lifestyle, but it's also critical that we consider other foundations of health like digestion, blood sugar and hydration. By building a strong foundation we're setting the stage for lasting health improvements.

    I FOSTER A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT...

    Connect with like-minded women who understand the challenges you face. Our community fosters a supportive environment where you can share experiences, triumphs, and receive encouragement from those on a similar journey. All of my clients are enouraged to connect with others, whether this is in our group program or within our private Facebook group. Our goal is to foster a community that leans on each other...learns together, struggles together, celebrates together, and lovingly holds each other accountable. This journey can be challenging, but having the support that a group provides can make all the difference.

  • Individualized One-On-One Package

     

    In this 4 month partnership, we will dive deep into your unique health status in order to establish both long-term goals as well as the short-term, achievable action steps required to make measurable and sustainable progress.

    If your energy level leaves you dragging yourself through most days, if you aspire to feel your best and ditch the yo-yo diets, if you're ready to leave mood swings and chronic anxiety in your past, if you know that your food choices play a huge role in your health; yet you're unsure of how to make impactful changes in this area, if you have big health goals but overwhelm is keeping you stuck...this is your program!

     

    The specifics...

    We will meet every other week, via Zoom, for a one-on-one, individualized session. On the off weeks, we will connect in your preferred way--email, text, or Marco Polo App. You will also gain lifetime access to a private Facebook group where helpful resources are provided. I am also available during designated hours to respond to any question that may come up between our calls and check-ins.

    8 Week Group Program

     

    The RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy, reduce inflammation and get rid of sugar and refined carb cravings.

     

    Discover how good you can feel!

    This 8 week program includes a combination of 5, 90 minute virtual group meetings through Zoom and 1 one-on-one meeting, also through Zoom. It's part nutrition class, part sugar detox, and part support group – an empowering combination!

     

    The program includes lifetime access to a private Facebook group for ongoing support and accountability, and weekly materials emailed to you, so you can follow along, participate, and be successful each week. You get to keep all of this information forever so you can reference it at any time!

  • Week 1

    Get Ready! Learn how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful REAL FOOD sugar detox.

    WEEK 2

    Healthy digestion is critical - how is yours? Find out how your body is designed to work and how you can optimize your digestion to get the most out of your healthy diet.

    Week 3

     So what’s the big deal about sugar? Learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs, and learn how to get off of the sugar rollercoaster.

    Week 4

     

    Think fat makes you fat? We unveil the truth about dietary FATS and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.

    Week 5

    YOU DID IT! You can move forward with your success and keep feeling great! Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program. 

  • Weeks 6-8

    During the final 3 weeks of the program, we will focus on reintroducing certain foods that were eliminated during the sugar detox. We will do this in a strategic way with the end goal being that you're able to establish a way of fueling yourself that is not only nourishing, but also sustainable. This is when Restart meets the real world! You'll work to apply all that you learned during Restart in order to solidify lasting health habits.
